This is a translation for your convenience. The Spanish version is the binding one and prevails in case of any difference.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
1. In a few words
- If you're a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw from a subscription or a credit pack, without giving reasons.
- As the service starts as soon as you pay (we give you the credits straight away), when paying you ask us to start it now. If you then withdraw, we refund your money minus the part you've already used.
- Cancelling a subscription at any time stops it renewing, but outside those 14 days it doesn't refund the current month.
2. Your right of withdrawal
Under articles 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), in distance contracts you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, counted from the day you take out the subscription or buy the credit pack. It's free and you don't have to justify it.
This right is for consumers, that is, if you sign up for a use unrelated to your trade, business or profession.
3. Immediate start of the service
TuttiFrutti is a digital service that starts instantly: as soon as the payment is confirmed your plan is activated and the credits are added. That's why, when paying, we ask you for two things:
- that you expressly consent to the service starting before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; and
- that you acknowledge that, if you withdraw, you'll pay for the part of the service already provided, and that you'll lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (for example, when you've used all the credits of a pack).
We'll send you a purchase confirmation with this consent on a durable medium (email).
4. What we refund if you withdraw
Subscriptions
If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the amount proportional to the service already provided until you tell us you're withdrawing (art. 108.3 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). The subscription is cancelled and you move to the Seed plan.
The method for calculating the part provided. Proposal: the greater of two proportions, the days elapsed in the month or the plan credits already used out of those included. That way someone who uses all the credits on the first day doesn't get the whole payment back. The law asks for it to be calculated on the total price, so it must be confirmed that this method is valid.
Credit packs
If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund the part of the pack you haven't used, and those credits are removed from your account. If you've already used all the pack's credits, the service has been fully provided and withdrawal doesn't apply.
To know which credits you've used, the month's plan credits count as used first and then the purchased ones, in the order you bought them.
The gateway already uses plan credits first and then purchased ones, but keeps the purchased ones as a single balance, not split by pack. Which part of each pack has been used (oldest first) is worked out by hand today from the payment and usage history.
5. How to withdraw
Write to us at mindrapeofficial@gmail.com from your account's email within the 14 days saying that you're withdrawing. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. It's enough for the message to be sent within the period.
We'll refund the money within 14 days at most from when we receive your notice, by the same payment method you used (through Stripe), at no cost to you. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few more days to show in your account.

To Daniel Galante, Calle Clavileño, 4, Almayate (Spain), mindrapeofficial@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: ____________ (TuttiFrutti subscription, plan ______ / credit pack of €______) Ordered on: ____________ Name of consumer: ____________ Account email: ____________ Address of consumer: ____________ Signature (only if sent on paper): ____________ Date: ____________ |
6. Outside the withdrawal period
- Cancelling a subscription from “Manage subscription” stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period paid; that period isn't refunded.
- Charges made in error (duplicate charges, a renewal after you'd cancelled, a fault of ours that stopped you using the service): write to us and we'll refund what's due.
- If we change the service in a way that significantly reduces what your plan includes, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part.
- If we close your account for a serious breach of the terms of use, what has already been paid isn't refunded, except as required by law.
- None of this limits your warranty rights if the service doesn't conform to what you signed up for.
7. If you ask your bank for a refund
If instead of writing to us you ask your bank to reverse the charge (a chargeback), we may remove the credits from that payment or suspend the plan while it's resolved. We'd ask you to write to us first: it's usually quicker.
Today the gateway removes the credits when the refund is made from Stripe, but doesn't react to chargebacks (charge.dispute.* events); they're handled by hand from the Stripe dashboard.
