Terms of use

Draft of 8 November 2026

Draft pending review by a lawyer. It describes how TuttiFrutti works today, but it isn't final: the details marked [LIKE THIS] are missing and the “To confirm” boxes must be reviewed before it's published as the final version.

1. Who provides the service

TuttiFrutti (https://tuttifrutti.app) is a service of Daniel Galante, tax ID (NIF) 25736714J, with address at Calle Clavileño, 4, Almayate (Spain). You can write to us at mindrapeofficial@gmail.com. These details also meet the general information required by art. 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI).

2. What TuttiFrutti is

TuttiFrutti is a chat with artificial intelligence: you write a message and an AI model from one of our providers answers (see AI transparency). Today the service is being tested with a group of users and may change, have errors or interruptions.

We also offer an API for developers, compatible with OpenAI's, at https://tuttifrutti.app/v1, so you can use our models from your own programs:

3. Acceptance and age

By creating your account or using TuttiFrutti you accept these terms and declare that you have read the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 14 years old. To subscribe to a plan or buy credits you must be of legal age or have your parents' or guardians' permission.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You may not use TuttiFrutti for:

If you break these rules we may limit, suspend or close your account, in proportion to the seriousness and letting you know unless the law or security prevents it.

6. What you write and what the AI generates

What you write is still yours. You only give us permission to send it to the AI provider and return the reply to you. To the extent we have any rights over the replies, we assign them to you. You're responsible for how you use the replies and for checking that they don't infringe third-party rights.

7. AI can be wrong

Replies are generated automatically by an AI model. They may be incorrect, incomplete, out of date or make things up, even when they sound sure. They aren't medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Check them before making important decisions and don't use them as your only source in risky situations.

8. Plans, credits and payments

Plans

Credits

Payment, renewal and cancellation

That Stripe's customer portal is set up like this: cancellation at the end of the period (not immediate), plan changes with proration and invoice downloads. And whether the customer receives a full invoice (with tax ID and tax details) by email from Stripe.

Your right of withdrawal and refunds are explained in the refund and withdrawal policy.

9. Free messages

The TuttiFrutti model's free messages come from the free daily quotas some AI providers give us. That quota is shared by all users and is split fairly among those who use it each day; when the free quotas run out, we answer with a paid model at our expense for as long as we can afford it.

10. Invitation programme

If TuttiFrutti offers a programme for inviting other people in exchange for rewards, its specific rules (what reward is given, when, limits and deadlines) are published at [LINK TO THE INVITATION PROGRAMME RULES] and form part of these terms.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We try to keep TuttiFrutti always working, but we don't guarantee it will be available without interruption: we depend on AI, hosting and payment providers. We may change or withdraw models and features. If a change significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll let you know and you'll be able to cancel with a refund of the unused part.

12. Liability

We provide the service with due diligence. Except where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or the rights consumer law gives you), our liability for damage arising from the use of TuttiFrutti is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the event. We aren't liable for decisions you make based on AI replies or for failures of third-party services we can't control.

If you use TuttiFrutti as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you, in particular Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

13. Leaving

You can stop using TuttiFrutti whenever you want and delete your account from Your account → Your data → Delete my account, or ask us at mindrapeofficial@gmail.com. If you have a subscription, deleting the account cancels it at that moment and the current period isn't refunded; if you're within the 14 days to withdraw, ask for the refund first. We may close accounts that break these terms (section 5) or that have been inactive for a long time, giving notice beforehand where possible.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms significantly, we'll let you know in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel your plan and stop using the service before they apply.

15. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence. Before making a claim, write to us at mindrapeofficial@gmail.com: we'll try to resolve it within one month at most. You can also go to the consumer services of your region or to the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo).

If the business joins the Consumer Arbitration System or another alternative dispute resolution body, name it here (Law 7/2017). The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed in July 2025, so it no longer needs to be linked.
